Our modern production facility in Gamleby outside Västervik has the capacity and experience required to produce high-quality, innovative food supplements. Our machinery is equipped to handle most types of products and production techniques. The mixing equipment can handle both large and small volumes, and our filling equipment can handle most types of packaging.

The product development process takes place in close collaboration with our customers. Each customer has unique requirements or wishes for their brands and with our solid experience in product formulation, we ensure that the finished product complies with the customer’s brief and that quality and regulatory requirements are followed.

We work continuously with quality issues both internally and with our subcontractors. This means for example, that careful checks are done to ensure that raw materials meet agreed upon specifications and that subcontractors have the required quality certificates. Our goal is to deliver the highest quality in all aspects of the product development process and that there is accountability traceability throughout the product chain.

To ensure this, we carry out regular checks and audits of our subcontractors and require that they must sign our social code of conduct.

Taking responsibility for the environment is a matter of course. The group works actively with environmental issues and engages in sustainable and long-term projects that benefit our environment. Concrete measures such as replacing existing raw materials with raw materials with less environmental impact, reducing energy consumption and increasing the amount of recyclable waste is the target image that the companies work with on a daily basis. Our product developers have extensive experience in developing products that have as little environmental impact as possible. If our customers are interested in producing an eco-labelled product, we have the knowledge to produce products that meet the criteria that apply to, for example, the Swan environmental label. When producing non-environmentally labelled products, we always try to choose substances with as little environmental impact as possible. We stay up-to-date on the latest findings and laws in the regions, and often act as a sounding board for our clients in these matters.

We have contracts with our subcontractors and always carry out an audit to ensure that the required certifications and laws are followed. You can read more about certificates here.

An audit can, for example, be carried out based on GMP (ISO 22716) to ensure that the factory produces cosmetics in accordance with Directive 1223/2009. During an audit, we focus on areas for improvement and deviations.

The production facility in Gamleby has an IFFS 22000 certificate and works according to GDP.

We provide warehousing, order processing and distribution, as well as third-party collaborations to many of our customers. Our fully integrated business system for production, storage and distribution ensures a safe and secure warehouse and logistics management.

We attach great importance to safe and reliable transport for our customers. Therefore, we have quality assured our distribution through agreements with some of Europe’s largest carriers.
